How to Transfer Music from iPad to New iPad?

I have my old iPad with all my music in it, and I want to store more songs and videos. So I just bought a new bigger capacity one. I am wondering to know how to transfer music from iPad to new iPad without having to re-purchase the songs? I’ve tried everything I could think of!

Step 1: Connect iPad to PC
