Step 1: Connect iPad to PC

First connect your iPad to the new computer via USB cable then all information about your iPad will be shown on the main interface.

Step 2: Choose photo you want to copy

Click the "Photo" playlist, you can see the playlist about your photos, You can checked some of the pictures on your iPad. Then click the "Export" button on the top of the Window and you will go to the next step.

Step 3: Transfer Photos from iPad to PC

For you to copy photos from iPad to PC. You can click "Export to Disk Only". You can set the output folder at Advanced->Options before transferring.
